The Pre-Net is from 12:30 - 1:00 PM EDT, 1630 - 1700 UTC. The Net proper is
from 1:00 - 2:30 PM EDT, or 1700 - 1830 UTC. The frequency is still, and
probably forever+ one day, 7.280 MHz LSB.
