I use earthquake anchors to mount TV's  That should work ...

I have and, as noted elsewhere, a goodly number use a large rock.  While
this isn't really an approved anchor, it is kind of traditional here in a
state which still has a law on the books that says every able bodied male
shall have a boat - a carry over from the Kingdom of Hawaii.  

After that, there was a variety of answers including "Anchor?".  

This truly is a fun state to live in.  What one considers the norm on the
mainland isn't necessarily normal here.  It's basically living in another
country (which it is for DX purposes) that is also a state (which it also is
for WAS & WAC.)
