If the USPS wanted to actually do something intelligent then they should
allow the free boxes to go by any method, simply affix the proper sticker.
They would then attract more users away from UPS and FedWrex due to the
convenience.
Also keep the postage competitive by laying off the non productive overhead
that thinks up all the new rules and paperwork.
