[Boatanchors] Media Mail and ads in old mags

The Post Office wouldn't let me send Popular Electronics Magazines from the 1950s because of the advertising!  Therefore, I certainly believe that QSTs from the 1960s would fall into the same category.

Even though many, if not most, of the companies advertising in the 1950 issues are long gone, there are no exceptions in the way that the regulations are written.
