Guys I have all the 8" speakers you want for $8.00 ea plus shipping... Ham
Radio is not my business but I sell thousands of these all over the world in
Commercial audio...
Don't know what shipping would be... Also have them in a 70 Volt version
with the transformer Those are $13 ea but also have a metal grill on them.
I don't mind supplying the BA guys with these but don't want to be shipping
to many at 1 to a box...

Phil,
You want a 10" or 8", see where a member has suggested an 8"?
I might be able to fix you up.

NationalCabinet
Hi,
I have a Nice National speaker cabinet to go with my NC-183. The
original speaker is completely shot (cone, spider etc totally shot) and
I'd like to replace it with a similar unit (8 Ohms). I've found a place
that could probably recone it for ~40.00 plus shipping, but if possible
I'd prefer to replace it as the basket is a little rusted anyway.
Antique Electronics in AZ USED to have replacement speakers, but now it
seems that about all they handle are speakers 'voiced' for guitar, etc
(they have some very nice lines of Jensen, etc for guitar). There is
one Jenson that seems reasonably priced (~36.00) but I'm not sure how
it'd sound for radio reception. One of the old type speakers that has a
"whizzer" cone would probably be even better. . . Does anyone make
anything like that any longer?
Ideas anyone?
