[Boatanchors] Lafayette HA-700 inquiry

I have the opportunity to acquire a new-in-the-box Lafayette HA-700 for about 
$50.  I would like to get opinions from anyone that has ever owned or used one 
of these receivers before I consummate the deal.  It's an all tube receiver 
that's apparently Japanese made.
