Two different museums, actually. The National Cryptographic Museum is up at NSA on Rt 32 between DC and Balto and the International Spy Museum is downtown, on 8th I think. Interesting places.

Might that be the Spy Museum in Washington?
I've been there and it is very interesting. It is a private museum and they
do charge admission, but it was worth every penny!
