I just did a google search on Weller Tips and there must be 100 or more
sites selling them...
http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/weller/tips/sguntips.htm
I have used these folks for tips and they are very good...Nothing like a
good ole Weller Gun... I have a 50's version that I picked up new at a
hamfest in the box for $5 with extra tips... Far as I am concened Weller is
#1 in soldering...

Ive made tips from #10 copper and Copperweld Bill, each bent for a specific
purpose. The Copperweld doesnt get as hot but it is plenty strong and doesnt
buckle under pressure. The guns are all 8200 series that Ive picked up cheap
and are now specifically purposed. A D-550 is used as needed when I dont
have to wait for a huge iron to warm up.
Most work is done with 15-40W irons however.
