[Boatanchors] Johnson Viking I questions

I am in the process of getting a Viking I up
and running and have a few questions. The previous
owner made a PTT and antenna relay mod to the
transmitter, which I am keeping, but otherwise
it appears original, with no audio or RF changes.
I've only found 2 out of tolerance resistors, and no
leaky capacitors, probably due to being stored in
a dry environment.

1. It came without a cabinet, anyone know where I can
find a cabinet, or a suitable replacement?

2. Mine has a PTT mod in it, but I saw on the net a reference
to an "approved Johnson PTT" circuit.  Anyone have any info
on what the approved Johnson circuit is?

3.  BAMA has a manual of Viking mods, which has Modification
B.  What was Modification A?
