It's Ling. I'm pretty sure about that because years ago in one of the
Robert Hertzberg So You Want To Be a Ham books there was a couple of photos
of a Ling ATV rig, I think he called it the Ling-mitter and I dimly recall
they were in Texas. Had to be the same outfit. In the 1950s ATV was really
advanced GeeWhiz stuff for hams.
