Gene:

I remember the Link 2365 as an early FM mobile transmitter/receiver. 
Late 40s,early 50s vintage.
It was low band, 30-50 MHz.  The VHF version was the 2210.
(Fred M. Link, Link Radio, a contemporary of Galvin/Motorola during early 40s)

I probably have a manual still in the old files.
