The John Wayne WWII movie In Harm's Way has a shot of an EH Scott 
SLR12-B morale RCVR. Also, the movie Memphis Belle has some scenes of a 
BC348 inside the B17.

If you look at the old newsreels of Fidel Castro's revolution in Cuba 
during
the late 1950's there is a snippet of Fidel or another bearded fella up 
in
the mountains broadcasting to the masses with a 32V series transmitter.
