No and yes.  The SCR-508 is the low band version (for Armor) of the large 
10-channel push-button radios.  BC-604 transmitter (which used the 2-digit 
channel series FT-241's) and two (or one in SCR-528) BC-603 receivers.  BC-620 
is part of SCR-509 and SCR-510, and uses two FT-243 crystals.  Same 20.0 to 
27.9 KC band, though.
