Chuck,
Your radio is an S-19 (1938) as opposed to the much more common S-19R
(1939). The location of the phone ajck is the giveaway. I struck on
finding a free schematic on the web. There's a copy of the manual for
sale at a couple of sites, includig here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Hallicrafters-S-19-Sky-Buddy-manual-R-/150500425610. Perhaps
one of our guys can cough one up.
