[Boatanchors] Was eBay - Lafayette receivers

It would take more then a mechanical filter to make the HA-600 perform
decently. It had very poor image rejection. 

For a single conversion receiver, the HA-225 wasn't bad. No broadcast
band but does cover 6 meters.
