   Stuck meters can often be repaired, someone has sent you 
a suggestion. Sometimes a sticky meter can be unstuck by 
simply working the zero adjuster back and forth a few times. 
Not sure where this is on the Drake meter but, if you are 
going to remove the meter to get it repaired you can look 
for a zero adjustment and try it.
