[Boatanchors] Meter for Drake C-4 Console

Among other things, the meter in the C-4 which I got in 
a recent trade is stuck at approximately half scale 
 
Does anybody point me in the right direction to find 
a replacement? It is a 3" square meter with a 200 uA 
movement.
