[Boatanchors] Boatanchor Net Times?

Could be any time from 0000Z to 0600Z.  "Hot" times are maybe 0100-0200 or 
so.  Also some of the people are hanging out afternoons on 7050 or 7120 on 
"contest weekends"  10120 is another "maybe" during contesting times.
