A new book "Operation Mincemeat" by Ben Macintyre claims to be the "latest"
on the subject.
The purpose of the of the operation was to convince the Germans that the
landings in Sicily were going to be in Greece.

I watched the movie yesterday. The filmmakers took some license with the
story and made it a lot more interesting than the book.
