Bill,  I had that same question a few months ago when I was restoring a 
vintage TV set, but wasn't able to find what we used to call "freeze 
mist" at Radio Shack as I expected.    But a suggestion from a vintage 
TV forum proved to be a good substitute - just buy a can of "compressed 
air" from the local office supply store - the stuff that's used to blow 
dust out of computers and such - and invert the can so the propellant 
sprays out.    I found a couple of big cans on sale at Staples for a few 
bucks each and the trick worked just like they said.   They come with a 
plastic tube that fits on the nozzle so you can put the spray right 
where you want it.
