Go with the 4 bolt SO-239 connectors.  I use them for outside work and have 
never had water seep throught the 4 bolt holes.  I do always put silicon 
seal round each bolt.  I do keep the connector flange on the inside of the 
work so onlu 4 bolts are seen from the outside.  Put silicon seal around the 
large hole on the inside of the case so the bolts squeeze the silicon 
between the connector and case.
