[Boatanchors] Tube info

A friend of mine has a couple of tubes that we are interested in finding out about.  They are an EIMAC Y-762.  Apparently someone wrote on the box they were in (4CX350) this number.  Apparently Google didn't turn up anything for him when he did a search.  Are they the same as the 4CX350 and is the 4CX350 the same as the 4CX350A?  I am looking for a couple 4CX350A tubes.
 
As an added note he has a Johnson 500 he wants to sell.  I can put you in touch with him if interested as i ahve no details on it.  It's located over in the LA area of California.
