I have a Manson Laboratories (Hallicrafters Subsidiary) Model RD-146 
Proportional Oven and Crystal Oscillator for sale. I got it a while 
ago, but have found something else to use.
This is a 1 Mc Output with a 10 Turn Pot to set the Frequency. I checked 
it out and it works. It comes with the Original Manual. It is Rack 
Mountable and needs Filament and DC to operate (6.3 vac/dc @ 1.8 A and 
250 vdc @ 60 ma). 
Short Term spec: +/- 5 parts in 10E9 per minute
Long Term spec: 1 part 10E8 per day.
