[Boatanchors] Computer slow problem, THANKS

Frankly I think that it was GREAT Walt.  I took the info offered by 
Carl, KM1H, and printed it out.

My MIS engineer (at the TV station, before I retired) told me those 
things but I forgot how to get them and didn't write them down.
