It's not the same one, John. I bought the manual from Dennis many
(10?) years or so back for the one I came across back in the 90s.
Supposedly used at coastal artillery installations, someone on this
list said (maybe Marty?).

Aside from mine I knew of 2 others - Robert's and one I saw a photo of
online. That was it. Mine was in slightly better shape complete with
supply, both cables, and manual (thanks to mac), missing only the key
- which used an octal type connector, so that appears to have been
changed on this one. The transmitter appears to be a pre-war design
and is incredibly well-built, inside and out. Runs a bunch-o-807s.
High quality components and top-notch construction, built like the
proverbial.....battleship.

The one I had found a new home at NEAR-Fest earlier this month, with a
fellow John and I both know who is indeed a CW man. He picked up your
R-725 John, if that helps. He has quite a crowd gathered 'round
looking at it later in the day.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone bids. Starting bid is kinda
high, but having owned one, it's worth every penny in my book.
Quality-wise as well as scarcity. For the WWII CW man, it's the
perfect rig.
