[Boatanchors] 0Z4 Rectifier

It's ONLY the Canadian Mk IIIs that do this. No Mk II does it. It's really
neet to hit the pressel switch on the mike and hear the dyno spool up for
transmit.

Some UK versions have 2 dynos. One runs all the time, the second only on
Tx, I think.
