[Boatanchors] 0Z4 Rectifier

The Canadian WS 19 Mk. III used a vibrator power supply with a cold
cathode rectifier. There is a special modification for when the set was
used in arctic conditions that replaced the 0Z4 with a 6x4 (I think).
