[Boatanchors] 0Z4 Rectifier

The 6X4/5 not available until sometime after the introduction of the  
subject rectifier type, 1933 for the 0Z3 according to Sibley.  The  
contemporary type 80 drew 2 amps, but in thinking about it, adding a  
rectifier filament winding to the transformer in a vibrator power  
supply would be problematical.  The 0Z3 and 0Z4 a better way until the  
first indirect heater type rectifiers came along (around 1936 for the  
6X5) and later selenium rectifiers.

BTW, my 1955 Sylvania manual and 1948 Radio Handbook say 600ma for  
both the 6X4 and 6X5 heaters, the 1968 ARRL says 300ma and the 1948  
ARRL says 600ma and 500ma.   Go figure......
