[Boatanchors] 73 Magazine pdf files

Well, I don't know about the Heathkit doc. Were they originally copyright
or not?

My interest in the question was about scanning and making available old
public domain stuff, like TMs for WW II radio and RADAR equipment, and
being able to protect the time and effort put into making the scans. The
primary concern was somebody downloading free manuals, writing them to
CDs, and selling the CDEs on eBay at a profit for the ripper.
