I don't feel as though Glen is punishing the list at all.  Far from it, I find this thread quite interesting.  I have read much material on the 'net and have benefitted (not financially though) from concepts presented therein, and some of this material was likely posted for public use in a manner running afoul of the letter of copyright law.  This thread sheds light on a different side of all that posted material.

But as Carl has alluded, attempting to obtain remuneration would be a worse than uphill battle.  Being perennially short on time and energy, I prefer to pick and choose my battles.
