the death of civility in ba is a microcosm of the death of civility 
online.  it is not confined to this group.  people online (and people in 
cars) seem to feel empowered to behave as if there were no consequences. 
  it's the bully effect.

none of these ten gallon sociopaths would behave this way in person.

let's rise above this and terminate the topic.
after all, we're supposed to know better.
