You cannot legally even give away reproductions!  Ham Radio Magazine was bought by CQ Magazine and the copyrights were transferred to CQ.  CQ Magazine can reproduce the material since they own the copyrights.

I wonder why this did not come up when Ham Radio Magazine became available on CD ?
