Some may "seem" to think it is a reasonable.  Those that do have not 
been exposed to the BPL firsthand.  We've FINALLY got them out of here 
with this junk.  It did NOT cut out the HF bands as it was "required" 
to.  40 meters got wiped with S-9 signals, either in the home station OR 
the mobile.

So if this is what is termed "reasonable", then consider turning in your 
license.  We've been there and done that.

We DO NOT want it back!

This nonsense regarding better acccess in "third world countries" should 
be questioned with an adequate amount of skepticism.

How much of population in "Third World Countries" has in their 
possession, or even access to a COMPUTER?

Try applying some thought to the "big picture" in lieu of giving a 
"rating" to the latest "Government Speak" news line/release.
