Same story here but I insured for full value so buyer screwed UPS and
not me.
I am almost certain the buyer (Martyn, a.k.a. "Radio Mart") received the
unit (actually left feedback claiming what a great buy!) but you can
not sit on both sides of the fence and if it was not received .... well
... it was lost!
You must have a signature for PayPal to side with you . If you do not
you WILL loose your case no matter how obvious the situation was.
These are the rules of playing eBay and PayPal so get used to them.
Protect yourself and for gods sake quit whining about how you got
screwed. You just paid your dues for a lesson learned.

I recently shipped a package using USPS Priority Mail with tracking (tracking # 9101150134711096169944) The buyer said he never got it and USPS claims it was delivered. Paypal investigated and gave the buyer a full refund. As a result I lost the item and over $400 I dont think I will ever use USPS again and I am not very happy with Paypal.
