I have a nice HP 410B VTVM for sale. All ranges work. DC calibration and Ohms calibration are very good and the AC ranges are just slightly off.  Front panel and meter face are very good. The case is OK but has markings from a previous life as a lab instrument. 

The cable leads are very good. There is no damage or cracking on the AC cable and the AC probe is in nice condition. I tested the AC operation by feeding test signals into it from my RF signal generator. Nice flat response.
