[Boatanchors] Late model Heath SB-220 question

SB-220's have the input coils up front behind the panel and all had 10M as 
well as a bandswitch panel marking.

The SB-221 did not have a 10M indicator on the panel marking. Some built by 
Heath stores had 10M, others required a parts kit.
