AM-6154 is VHF aircraft band, 118-140 MHz, popular for use on
2m in SSB linear service.
AM6155 is the UHF aircraft version, officially 225-400 MHz.
I work in the Radio Shop of FAA's overhaul depot here in
Oklahoma City and those amps are regularly serviced in
our shop (but not by me). I work on the AN/GRT-21/22
VHF/UHF exciters and matching AN/GRR-23/24 receivers.
There is a lot of information available for converting them
to 2, 1.25, and .70 meter ham usage.
