[Boatanchors] Home Brew xmtr from surplus mil parts seen in CQ Mag: 1960's

I'm looking for an article or photo with caption - the front panel was black (less than 19" rack size), had two handles,
an ARC-5 rotary inductor and black knobs presumably taken from a BC-375 Tuning Unit plus a mA and possibly an RF ammeter. It was in my collection of CQ Magazines, (maybe QST). I no longer have that issue. I haven't located it in the contents pages on CQ Magazine's archive website.
I would like to build this tranmitter.
