[Boatanchors] JOHNSON RANGER QUERY

Can anyone on the list who operates a stock Johnson Ranger 1 tell me if, in 
the STANDBY position, there is a small amount of current (around 10 ma or 
less) showing on the meter when the switch is in PLATE position?
