[Boatanchors] Spark-Gap??

I think it's a reproduction, using some period components. The box at the right rear looks like a Ford Model T ignition spark coil, often used in low power spark setups. (I use one in the AWA 1929 transmitter contest to power a small Hartley oscillator). The box in front of it is probably a capacitor box. The larger gap on top of the Ford coil looks old enough. The knife switch parts don't look period, nor do the shiny binding posts. Neither does the wood base. The edge is too fancy, unless somebody tore up 'Momma's" living room furniture. The key could be period but the contacts look small. The large air-wound coil is most likely modern 1/4" copper tubing. And I have no idea what the small object in front right of the slide tuned coil is. Also no interconnecting wiring, unless it's underneath the base.
