Acura currently has an ad campaign going called 'Driven by Reason'
where they highlight the excuses and, intentionally or otherwise, the
elitist mentality so common among these types. They have a number of
different examples from an antique slate pool table to a hand made
wrist watch. This particular ad makes light of the folks we consider
'audiophools'. The actor really nails the part, especially in the
comment "There's real gas in these tubes". Really. That sure would
make 'em work better.
