[Boatanchors] HT-20 and Clipperton DXpedition

Don't forget the ubiquitous DX100, which weighs in at about 110, I think.
In addition, it has to be wrestled out of the cabinet for any tube changes,
or, incredibly, crystal changes! (There is a switch for 2 xtal positions.)
This was remedied in the 100B when Heath added a "flip top." I always
wondered how a well engineered and good value transmitter could have such a
flaw. Fortunately, I almost never have to open mine!

Was just thinking that myself, Carl. I'd always wanted one, having not
seen a 150B in person. Had a chance to pick one up last year
(literally), but passed due to other commitments at the time. Just as
well, no place to put it. Close to 4 feet long and 200+ pounds. We're
all on the same page with such things: it was fun, even challenging to
grab these rigs when we were younger. Now we think twice. Except for
Carl, who I'm convinced has some kind of radio parasite burrowing in
his brain that says "Sure you can move that, and you KNOW you need
it!". Or maybe it's a generational thing. Dad is nearly 72, just got a
new Harley, and helped me move much of my heavy metal south in 2008. I
hope I have half the strength, determination, and energy of you old
guys when I get to that age. :D
That Supreme is a pretty scarce, even rare transmitter. I've only seen
photos. It must take up a lot of table space, Brian?
