[Boatanchors] Collins 51J-4 ferrite tuning cores

[Dave Brown]

Its all an 'off air'  frequency measuring setup that I understand 
Beckman put out back in the mid/late 1950's.  There's a third unit as 
well,  I think, the actual frequency std and dividers etc.  I've been 
trying to get some solid data on it but no luck so far although have 
had a few indicate they have seen one. There's a complete picture of 
the other unit in the same folder.

Thats it although not as good looking as that one! What is the Beckman
Translator next to it in the photo?
