[Boatanchors] Anyone Noticed

the one item i noticed is tube testers, mostly the more expensive military ones.

but just a few months ago was saying how it seems stuff comes in waves or
batches. I buy quite a bit (too much actually) test equipment and you
can sometimes
go months where some model gizmo will not show up then in a two to three week
period there will be a dozen of them.

i watch R-390s and R-390A, someday will get one again and they seem to do the
same thing.

must be string theory or something
