Brian, I agree with Dave's statement about letting the new owner move
it himself. Offer access and whatever assistance via dollies or such
they he lacks but you have perhaps, but that's how it generally works.

If the transmitter is sitting on casters, it's truly a piece of cake.
Tell the new owner to rent a Penske lift gate truck (the the one with
the aluminum platform if possible), roll it on, lift it up, roll it
in, wrap it and tie it down. The pickup truck and trailer route will
work (moved my 300G from southwest CO to VT that way), but for the
minimal cost of renting a lift gate truck, life if soooooo much
easier. Aside from the move south, I recently move a Collins 21E from
Syracuse to NC with the assistance of Steve WB3HUZ. Steve helped out
with loading, the good wife ran the lift gate when I unloaded.
