[Boatanchors] moving a broadcast transmitter

There is also a gadget called a Peda-lift made by Wesco Industrial Products 
in Lansdale, PA.  I have a small one (came out of Peter Dahl's shop) that 
looks like a two-wheel dolly on steroids.  Has two large wheels like a normal 
dolly plus two castors out in front.  The table or tongue lifts. Has a 
foot-operated pump, hence the "Peda".  More expensive I'm sure than the Chinese 
made tables but you may be able to rent one.
