[Boatanchors] HV Capacitor for Collins Transmitter

>From Joe in Okla. w5jdy..    I have a fellow ham Gordon Jones,w5ou,here in
Norman Ok who need an RF bypass capacitor for his Collins Transmitter..  The
old shorted cap is a .001 at 7,500 volts...   It look like a regular ceramic
disc with pigtail leads...    Can somone help me with a .001 at 10,000
