I've seen them but never made any.  I made a few woven bracelets out of it
but went back to using heavy cordage and small rope since I had a few
gazillion feet of it.  This was the same material I used when I did
decorative work on various boats and I always had plenty on hand.  The only
belts I made were leather "mystery weave" ones which were a lot of fun.
