[Boatanchors] Measuring Swinging Choke values

Shorted turns?

Try a simple setup of a few volt AC supply (filament transfoirmer) and a
couple of hundred ohm resisator in series. Measure the voltages around the
loop and calculate a rough L for the choke.

If you have the stuff, cobble up a simple AC bridge is another way to go.
