[Boatanchors] Measuring Swinging Choke values

I’m using a 6 H smoothing choke as my reference. When I use a 12 H
smoothing choke for the “test choke”, the IT-28 gives me a pretty accurate
reading.

One swinging choke I have is a Collins Swinging Filter Reactor, 12H to 4H @
0.3A

The measured DC resistance is 65 ohms.

With the IT-28 set to a low bridge voltage (3V), the current through the
choke will be about 46 mA; I would expect the inductance to be near 12H
for that current.
